What is the story with Marissa Marcel?

1968

Alan Fischer directs Ambrosio’s adaptation of M. G. Lewis’s Gothic novel The Monk. In the film, no one is sure of Marissa Marcel plays the role of Matilda.

1970

John Durick wrote Minsky, his thriller with Marcel in his mind. Based in New York City, the film focuses on the demise of an artist who is famous and Marissa stars as the muse suspected of murdering him.

1999

In his final performance, Durick teams up with Marcel for the second time as she makes her return from her long absence. Two of Everything, a thrilling thriller about the double nature of a star, and the double act she has is known as “Two of Everything”.

The films were never ever released. They were thought to be either lost or destroyed. Until now.
